“I care.”  Two simple words tenderheartedly shown to our Lowcountry neighbors in need can be life-changing. Tragedy and devasting circumstances may strike unexpectantly. Without assistance, some families living could face eviction, shortage of food, or out-of-reach home repairs. Nonprofit organizations such as Deep-Well and Bluffton Self Help are at the heart of Beaufort County as they positively impact residents in need with more than temporary assistance; they give hope and guidance for a better future!  Cargo Van Loaded with Food

Charlotte Heinrich steadfastly met our community’s need for clean water in 1971 by digging deeper wells to avoid polluted drinking water from shallow wells and recognized the necessity to assist the community with life’s essentials.

We are happy to again be a drop off location for The Deep Well Project's Santa Shop.  Lancaster Real Estate Sales is collecting new, unwrapped toys and other items now through December 16th.   The Santa Shop debuted in 2013 and was a huge success.  Last year, over 900 children received meal baskets and Christmas gifts.  We had fun shopping for the children and it was very heartwarming to see our clients, friends, and colleagues who also contributed.  If you would like to participate (and we hope that you will!) open full post and then click HERE for a recommended Toy List.
