However, when I first set foot on the sandy shores of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina I knew I had found a magical place.

A Gallup-Healthways State of Well-being survey ranks the Hilton Head-Bluffton area at 9 in a ranking of a total of 189 communities across the United States.
