During May through October, Hilton Head Island excitingly welcomes hundreds of sea turtles each nesting season!
lden rays of the sun angelically illuminate a sea turtle’s incredible tracks, temporarily imprinted through the sand crystals on Hilton Head Island’s beach. Early risers can experience nature at its finest as the majestic sunrise signals the beginning of a new day filled with hope. Between May and October, beachgoers may have the pleasure of discovering the distinctive tracks left from a sea turtle’s crawl to and from her nest. Hilton Head is fortunate to have four out of seven species of turtles documented in our area.
We are excited to have our Bluffton office part of Berkeley Place of Buckwalter Parkway! Now located at 104 Buckwalter Parkway, Suite 2B near the Cinemark movie theatres and above One Hot Mama's. While we loved our space in Bluffton's Promenade, Berkeley Place offers more accessibility and convenience for our clients. With a quick 7 minutes or less drive to pretty much anywhere in Bluffton, we knew this would be where we could assist our clients best.

With the one-year anniversary celebration of Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head recently, several expansion projects are underway. New homes are being built in Phase 2, including a new model park for your viewing. The models range from single family homes to villas to cottages. The cottages are new to the community in Phase 2. New residents are moving in, ready to enjoy the Margaritaville lifestyle. The gorgeous amenities opened in late January, including the pools, fitness center, restaurant and many others.
