After graduating from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Business in 1978, I moved to Hilton Head Island to work with Lancaster Resort Rentals and Sales. In 1979, I received my Real Estate Brokers License and in 1985 I went to work as a full-time sales agent acting as Broker in Charge of the Sales department.
On a professional level, I was elected as President of the Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors for 2002 and now serve as President of the Multiple Listing Service of Hilton Head for 2004 through 2009. In addition, I have served on the state level as a State Director for the South Carolina Association of Realtors in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.
My earlier experience with rental management has given me insight into the needs and desires of the real estate investor. With over 30 years of experience in this market, I can help the investor find the property that is right for their particular level of investment and determine the best time to sell or exchange.

Prior to moving to Hilton Head Island in 1986, I received a BS in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Texas State University. I began my career in real estate in 1987 and, along with Randy Smith, purchased Lancaster Real Estate 10 years later.
Having practiced Hilton Head real estate for over 25 years, I have witnessed the ebb and flow of our local—and extraordinarily unique-- market. Predictable, just as the tides, Hilton Head real estate always recovers, charting a steady course of growth and prosperous. This major segment of our local economy has proven to be elastic, durable and quite lucrative in times past-- and the outlook will prove equally productive and advantageous.
I am currently serving as Vice President of the Board of Directors for Hampton Place Villas (an upscale oceanfront villa complex located in the Leamington portion of Palmetto Dunes), Treasurer of the Hilton Head Fishing Club and Treasurer of the Hilton Head Reef Foundation. In my spare time I enjoy fishing, biking and golfing with my son.

Before moving to Hilton Head, Felice received her BA degree from Mercer University in Macon, GA & her Masters from Georgia State University. She taught at Mercer prior to moving to Atlanta to sell advertising for WSB Radio. She excelled at marketing radio sponsorships of the Atlanta Braves, the Atlanta Falcons, and University of Georgia Football. Felice says that her teaching experience and marketing experience prepared her for the skills needed to provide the best service in real estate.

John McMahon came to Hilton Head Island in October 1989. He was attracted to the wealth of quality golf courses and the pleasant climate. My husband and I purchased our lot on Callawassie Island in 1995 and in 2000 we moved here full time from the Western suburbs of Chicago where we had lived for eighteen years. We are both originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan and I have a BS degree in Home Economics and Advertising from Michigan State University. After being a Home Economist for Michigan Consolidated Gas Company, I began my real estate career 31 years ago with West Shell Realtors in Cincinnati, Ohio and from there St. Charles, Illinois where I was with Re/Max Professionals for 15 years. Since moving to Callawassie Island, I was with Re/max Sea Island and Re/max Island Realty for ten years, specializing in listing and selling at Callawassie! We first came to the Hilton Head area back in 1979 and absolutely fell in love with the lifestyle of the Low Country, its people and its weather! Pete Popovich has been a resident of Hilton Head Island and the Low Country for over 18 years. He came to Hilton Head from Michigan, to pursue a dream of becoming a member of the PGA Tour. After honing his skills at various private country clubs in the area, he was given the opportunity to play golf full time and played various professional tours all over the country. After several unsuccessful tries at attaining his tour card, he decided it was time to get a job in the real world. Unsure of what he wanted to do, he consulted with those who knew him best; family, friends and former members. Upon talking with them, it was evident that he should go into real estate. Knowing the level of commitment required and the ability to work hard at something that you enjoy everyday as he did in professional golf, allowed him to easily move into the real estate profession.
Why Real Estate? Pete has always been one to enjoy the company of other people and doing what he can to help others. Coupled with all the people he met at various plantations he worked in his prior career, and his 'inside knowledge' of these plantations, made real estate a perfect fit. For years people would say "You know everyone in the area and you get along with everybody, why don't you go into real estate?".
