Lancaster Real Estate Sales has moved its offices to the upper level of The Lancaster Building at 1032 William Hilton Parkway.  Owners Randy Smith and Bill True explanied that the building was built in the mid-1950s and is an Island landmark.  Changing the architectural integrity was not the preferred option, yet the company was growing and the upper level was an opportunity to take on the much needed additional space to accomodate new agents.  Said True and Smith, "We have renovated the entire upper level to reflect the standards by which we do business.  Our business model is based on integrity and growth."

Lancaster Real Estate Sales is a "boutique" firm with its strongest sales in high-end markets.  The Company has a strong core client foundation and outpaced many of its larger competitors in 2009.
