Sea Pines condos are located within the resort known world-over for its beauty, tastefulness and privacy—Sea Pines Resort. Sea Pines is located at the southern tip of Hilton Head, a shoe-shaped island among the southernmost of the Carolina islands. With five miles of uninterrupted pristine Atlantic Coastline, Sea Pines encompasses nearly 5,200 acres. Loved for its beaches, Sea Pines is also on the map for its superior golf. Within the resort, there are three 18-hole golf courses, including the famed Harbour Town Golf Links, 23 tennis courts, 2 marinas and 15 miles of leisure trails. 

Sea Pines was the first resort to be developed with an ecosystem in mind. It was designed to have minimal impact on the wilderness, and features a 605-acre forest preserve and 700 additional acres of parks, marshes, maritime forests and other reserves. Condos within the plantation are high-finish and offer a myriad of views, including direct oceanfront, golf, wooded, lagoon and creek.
